Sharon Gleason keeps Serafin & Associates running smoothly.

A people person with a keen attention to detail, Sharon handles financial functions for the firm, supports client services and provides executive assistance to CEO Thom Serafin.

She spent nearly a decade in commercial real estate and building management and, no surprise here, she is an avid architecture buff with a special appreciation for Chicago’s iconic skyline.

Sharon has an associate degree in accounting from Robert Morris College in Chicago.
