Since joining the Serafin team, she has engineered highly-publicized national media events for large corporations and government agencies, organized diverse, broad-based statewide legislative coalitions, and executed inventive web-based nonprofit initiatives for nonprofits.

In any communications effort, Angela aims to build meaningful, lasting relationships—and she delivers. With a journalist’s sensibility and a keen aptitude for shaping resonating storylines, she consistently earns her clients front-page, top-of-the-hour placements in traditional broadcast/print media, specialty media and the blogging community alike.

Before joining S&A, Angela successfully executed a broad promotional campaign for a Chicago boutique, using social media to garner placements in outlets such as Chicago Magazine, Daily Candy, Time Out Chicago and Racked.

A Detroit native, Angela holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and History from the University of Michigan. She honed her journalism skills while serving as National Correspondent for Delta Delta Delta sorority, stoking relevance and credibility to a national publication.

Angela serves as the Public Relations Chair of the Associate Board of Gilda’s Club Chicago, a support community for people whose lives have been touched by cancer. She resides in the Wicker Park neighborhood and enjoys the area’s near-perfect blend of the bohemian with the bourgeois.
